Returns and refunds

At Outfitsland (OL), we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use (including deodorant marks, perfume, or washing).
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at [outfitsland1@email.com] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the item back to us at your expense (we recommend using a trackable shipping service).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or we made an error).

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchange

We currently only offer exchanges for size issues (subject to stock availability). Please contact us first.

Important Notes

  • Sale items and final-sale products are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
